Contact 99Exch — Where ID, Deposit and Payout Queries Go

What to include so your 99Exch query is solved first time

Four things. A 99Exch message missing any one of them costs a round trip, and during a match a round trip is ten minutes.

1. Your 99Exch username. Not your phone number. Username is what the desk searches on.
2. What happened, in one line. "Withdrawal requested 8:40pm, still pending" beats "not working".
3. When. Time and date. Server clocks and phone clocks sometimes disagree, so an approximate time is fine.
4. A screenshot. The error, the payment confirmation, the pending request — whichever applies.

Send all four in the first message rather than waiting to be asked. On the 99Exch desk it genuinely halves the resolution time.

Which 99Exch problems we can and cannot help with

To be plain about the limit: this site only publishes guides. We have no view into any 99Exch account, cannot release a payout, cannot unlock a login, and would not want that access. Anyone online who claims they can do those things for a fee is running a scam that predates this platform by years.

99Exch support response times, realistically

Quiet weekday afternoon, 99Exch agent replies come in a couple of minutes. Evening before a big fixture, longer, because the same desk is issuing IDs for everyone at once. The innings break of an India match is the worst moment to expect a fast answer, and also, inevitably, the moment most people need one.

If a message has gone genuinely unanswered for a few hours on a normal day, send it again rather than assuming it was ignored. Chat threads do occassionally get buried.
