99Exch Terms of Use — 18+, Accuracy and Where Disputes Go

What these 99Exch terms cover and what they do not

It publishes documentation about how 99Exch works: logins, IDs, deposits, withdrawals and markets. We do not operate the sportsbook, we hold no 99Exch accounts, and we process no money at any point.

Nothing here is an offer to bet. Links to the agent channel are exactly that, links to a third party who issues 99Exch accounts.

How accurate the 99Exch figures on this site are

Every figure gets checked, and it gets corrected when it stops matching reality. Even so, 99Exch details move without notice: minimum deposits change, blocked domains push the working address to another extension, and payout queues behave differently in tournament season. Treat what is written here as documentation rather than a promise, and confirm anything that matters with your agent first.

Timings quoted on this site describe what 99Exch users typically report. They are not guarantees and they are not commitments made on the sportsbook's behalf.

No 99Exch advice and no guarantees

Nothing on this site is financial advice, legal advice, or a prediction. We do not sell tips, we do not run a paid group, and we do not claim any method produces profit on 99Exch. Anyone saying otherwise, in our name or their own, is not connected to us.

Betting money on 99Exch carries genuine financial risk, and most people lose over a long enough period. Every stake placed from your own account is your decision and your responsibilty.

99Exch account disputes belong with your own agent

Disputes about balances, settled markets, suspended 99Exch accounts, delayed withdrawals or anything else touching your account are resolved with the agent who issued that account. We have no access, no authority and no ability to intervene. Directing such a complaint at this site cannot produce a result.

99Exch legality in your state is your responsibility

Rules on online betting differ across Indian states and change over time. Before using 99Exch or any exchange, check what applies where you live. Using this site does not make anything lawful that would not otherwise be, and we make no representation about the legal position in any particular state.

Content and links out of this 99Exch site

The writing, layout and images on this site are ours. Please do not republish them elsewhere without permission. Where we link out — to the agent channel, Telegram or Instagram — those destinations run under their own terms, and we are not responsible for what happens there.
